The Elgin Turners is a private club
(sponsored membership required), but we proudly share our facility
to offer Elgin and surrounding communities with a public Friday
night dining option and Banquet Hall rentals for your special
events. If you wish to attend any of the events listed in the
Member Access announcements you should be accompanied by a Turner
member. If you would like to join the Elgin Turners, please give us
a call or ask for an application at Friday Night Fish Fry. |

Play LIGHTENING & WIN
Lightening Every Friday night 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm in
the Rathskellar (lower level)
Open to the public. Lightening is a four round (bingo-like)
lightening fast game. Purchase $1 pull tab play cards for your
chance to win each "game pot". If you win the game pot, you get a
chance at the "mega-pot" which is growing weekly. Bring a friend,
come have fun and try your luck !!

This Friday Night Fish Fry has a homemade feeling at the ELGIN
TURNERS hall during Lent and throughout the year. Please join us
every Friday night for our popular Fish Fry. Historic Elgin
Turner Hall provides a unique and casual dining atmosphere. Full
service bar on site. And you’ll love the economical prices! |

A Sound Mind in a Sound Body
We recognize the family group upon which the greatness of our
country has been built and the harmonious education of the body and
mind as the most important factors to preserve and perfect
democracy. The American Turners endeavor to accomplish their
purposes and promote their ideals through:
- A planned program of health and physical education for the
development of a sound body;
- A planned program of cultural education for the development of a
sound mind;
- A planned recreational and social program for all members of the
family group and Participation in all worthy civic projects, both
Local and National. Dedication
This website is dedicated to all of the Elgin Turner members, old
and new, who unselfishly volunteered their time, talents, and
energy, for more than 100 years, to keeping the Elgin Turner family
growing strong. This website is for you, the members, so please
visit often to watch for new updates and announcements. And if you
haven't been down to the club or an event for a while, or you
haven't volunteered your time in a while, we sure could use your
