The Elgin Turners Hall is located in Elgin, Illinois at 112 Villa St.   It overlooks historic downtown Elgin, the Fox River and is within minutes of the Grand Victoria Riverboat Casino.   It is housed in a historic building dating from the early 1870s.   There are 2 halls on site that are available for public rental for Anniversary parties, Birthday parties, Meetings, Seminars, etc.

• Food & Beverage:  Food service is not provided by the Elgin Turners. All hall rentals require that renters provide their own food or catering services. Outside beverages are not permitted. All beverages must be purchased from the Elgin Turners. Please discuss beverage fees with an Elgin Turner banquet coordinator upon meeting.

• Cash payment only (no checks or charges).

 Effective January 1, 2008, in compliance with the “Smoke Free Illinois Act”, the Elgin Turners is completely Smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the building. Smoking must be done outside and a minimum of 15 feet away from any hall entrance. Signs will be posted and ashtrays have been removed, in accordance with the law.
